Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting for manufacturing units, ensuring accurate transactions, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing, inventory, and month-end close.

This on-site role partners with the Controller and plant leadership to standardize processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive efficiency through technology and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with general accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Complete month-end close activities for controller review within 3 days.
• Oversee payroll processing and assist with payroll inquiries.
• Support financial and management reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and automation.
