Bob's Cutter Grinding Service is seeking a Manual Tool and Cutter Grinding Technician in Greenville, SC. You will restore and optimize cutting geometry on a range of tools using manual grinding equipment, ensuring sharp, reliable tooling is delivered on time.

Responsibilities include regrinding drill bits, end mills, and blades; performing meticulous inspections; and adhering to safety policies in a loud, high-heat shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be self-driven with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; clear communication in writing and speaking.
• Background in machine shop or cutter grinding preferred; hands-on grinding experience.

Responsibilities

• Regrind and sharpen drill bits, end mills, and blades using manual grinder equipment.
• Perform quality checks before and after grinding to verify geometry and readiness for production.
• Maintain safety standards around sparks, hot parts, and sharp tooling; follow instructions.
• Help meet turnaround times to support delivery schedules to customer sites.
