  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Position Overview

CADRE is seeking a Manual Tester to support cross-functional delivery teams responsible for validating software quality across federal IT modernization initiatives. This role focuses on executing manual testing processes to ensure applications meet functional requirements, usability standards, and quality expectations in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review requirements, user stories, and design documentation to understand expected system behavior.
