Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in manual software testing, with a strong emphasis on UI testing.
- Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
- JIRA: Experience using JIRA for bug tracking and project management.
- Agile Environment: Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

What You Will Be Doing- Test Script Creation: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive manual test scripts for UI testing based on business requirements and user stories.
- Regression Testing: Execute detailed regression tests to ensure application stability after updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- UI Testing: Perform extensive manual testing of web and mobile UIs to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency across different browsers and devices.
- Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and issues clearly and concisely using JIRA.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Test Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect logs.
- IAM Testing: Utilize knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to ensure security features and access controls are functioning correctly.
- Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
- Feedback: Provide feedback on application usability and suggest improvements for better user experience.
