Job summary

Tecomet, a global leader in precision manufacturing for medical and aerospace applications, seeks a Manual Machinist to produce high-accuracy components. You will set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and related equipment to machine metal parts to tight tolerances, interpreting blueprints and following detailed work instructions in a regulated environment.

You will perform in-process inspections, use precision measuring tools, document results, and support continuous improvement and safety

Qualifications

• Experience with manual turning and milling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills and related equipment.
• Machine metal parts to tight tolerances according to blueprints.
• Interpret drawings and follow detailed work instructions in a regulated environment.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results with precision measuring tools.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
