Job summary

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in Mantas solutions, requirements development, and project management to drive capability builds and deliver value for clients.

The role requires collaboration with business partners and technology teams, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel as part of a management consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
• At least 7 years of experience in Mantas technical solutions/capability development.
• At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• At least 6 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
• At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners and technology teams daily to define capability and participate in the build process.
• Create and refine requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• Develop, configure, evaluate, and deploy solutions.
• Capture requirements related to internal/external consulting and map current business processes.

• At least 7 years of experience in Mantas technical solutions/capability development – This would translate to the fact that the candidate should be able to work both with the business partners and the technology teams very closely on a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the build process.
• At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
