Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Manifest tech to prepare paperwork for cannabis product orders and maintain accurate manifests using Metrc and LeafLink. You will verify routes, adjust manifests, and coordinate with the vault and delivery teams to ensure compliance and smooth loading.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Scans and inputs data relevant to products to reflect on transport manifests for each invoice.
• Edits changing manifests due to route, driver, or delivery changes.
• Coordinates with vault team to notify of issues relating to labels, tag accuracy, and compliance issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy during manifest process, utilizing Metrc and LeafLink.
• Expected to participate in small to medium special projects and tasks both individually and in support of a small team.
• Places all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area to prepare for packing.
• Keeps all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans.
• Communicates to manager of any potential compliance issues before an order is manifested.
• Assists with continuous improvement activities and projects assigned by manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience preferred.
• Inventory/Warehouse/Distribution experience (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
• Analytical mind with strong math skills
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
• The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
• The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions.
• The ability to work in low light situations.
• Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity
• Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
