About the Role

We are hiring experienced nail technicians for both full-time and part-time positions. The ideal candidate is proficient in a wide range of nail services, has strong nail art skills, and can confidently deliver beautiful, consistent results while providing an exceptional client experience.

This position is commission-based, with a 55/45 commission split and potential weekly earnings ranging from $600 to $1,300, depending on clientele, bookings, and services performed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and specialized nail care services.
• Provide builder gel, structured manicures, and acrylic nail applications.
• Create custom nail art, ranging from clean, minimalist designs to detailed and intricate sets.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain excellent standards of sanitation, hygiene, and workstation organization in accordance with Arizona state regulations.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Deliver polished, professional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional salon environment.
