Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA-based company specializing in software development, consulting, and IT-enabled services. The role requires leading a team of consultants, mapping as-is to-to-be processes, and delivering Manhattan WMoS/WMS implementations and support for client engagements.

Candidates should have at least 7 years in IT with strong requirements gathering, planning, and project management skills, and willingness to travel regularly for client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and to-be maps.
• Develop requirement specifications based on architecture/design detailing of processes.
• Plan and coordinate project activities and travel as needed.
• Drive Manhattan WMoS/WMS implementation & support projects.
• Capture requirements and map business processes for internal/external consulting.

Job Description

Job Description:-

• At least3 yearsof experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least3 yearsof experience inManhattan WMoS implementation & support
• At least1 yearof experience inManhattan WMS - iSeries implementation & support
• Knowledge in MHE integration fromManhattan WmoS.
• At least3 yearsof experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• At least3 yearsof experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
