Job summary

Manhattan Associates is seeking an experienced MAWM Consultant to support the deployment and optimization of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions in a retail/supply chain context.

Ideal candidates will translate business requirements into technical, functional MAWM designs and work with onsite/offshore teams and vendors to ensure successful implementations and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of technology/WMS experience.
• Hands-on MAWM experience (3+ years).
• Experience with MAWM implementation, configuration, testing and support.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of warehouse processes.
• Experience with receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory workflows.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle/MySQL or similar databases.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to support the implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WM, preferably within the US retail, distribution, logistics, or supply chain industry.
This position requires strong knowledge of warehouse processes combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients, onsite/offshore teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver successful WMS implementations and enhancements.
This is a 100% onsite position in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Manhattan Active WMS solutions.
• Participate in Manhattan Active WMS implementation, configuration, testing, and production support activities.
• Configure and enhance MAWM functionality based on business and operational requirements.
• Participate in system design, solution analysis, and effort estimation.
• Develop and execute test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform detailed root‑cause analysis.
• Debug functional and technical issues within the Manhattan Active WMS environment.
• Document current‑state and future‑state warehouse process flows across multiple systems.
• Work with business users to understand warehouse processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with onsite teams, offshore development/support teams, internal technology teams, and external vendors.
• Support integrations and validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, testing artifacts, and solution documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to warehouse processes and system functionality.
• Support successful deployment and stabilization of MAWM solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of overall technology/WMS experience.
• Strong experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Ideally 3+ years of hands‑on Manhattan Active WM experience.
• Hands‑on experience with implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Manhattan Active WMS.
• Strong techno‑functional understanding of warehouse management processes.
• Experience with warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and related workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause‑analysis skills.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Strong SQL skills with experience using Oracle, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
