Job summary

TekCommands Inc. is seeking a Manhattan Active Solution Architect to work onsite in the Marietta/Atlanta area with travel across the US as needed. The role requires deep MAWM experience, strong configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver configuration fixes and enhancements.

The successful candidate will perform unit testing post-config changes, support deployments, and contribute to project milestones and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of overall experience in Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Strong expertise in Manhattan Active configuration, configuration fixes, and solution implementation.
• Ability to understand existing MA Active solution designs, business processes, and configuration setups with minimal onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Manhattan Active WMS solutions.
• Understand existing business processes, solution design, and configuration setup.
• Collaborate with business, WMS, integration, and project teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Support requirement analysis, testing, deployment, and validation activities.
• Provide configuration recommendations aligned with business needs and solution design.
• Maintain documentation for configuration changes and project deliverables.
• Work with ProActive development teams on technical enhancements when required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support critical project milestones, including go-live activities.

Manhattan Active Solution Architect

Onsite: Marietta / Atlanta, GA

Travel Required: Yes (6-8 weeks per year during pre go-live/go-live. Anywhere in US where client DCs are planned)

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of overall experience in Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).

• Good understanding of Postman, REST APIs, and JSON for testing and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Atlanta and travel as needed to support project milestones and go‑live activities.
• Having certifications on Manhattan Active and Google Cloud and Generative AI will be added advantage.
