Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, bond or splice, clean, lubricate, and place mandrel in reel quantities.
• Measure and replace lube cones and cleaning lube pots.
• Replace the strings and plastic on reels.
• Determine which mandrel to run.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist other operators when possible and cross-train for flexibility.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
