Job summary

ACO-US in Roaring Spring, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Service Merchandiser to join a team dedicated to reset and remodel work, plan-o-grams, new item placement, and shelf maintenance.

You will read plan-o-grams, move and clean shelves, install fixtures, display merch, and ensure date codes accuracy, with a 7 AM start and Monday-Thursday schedule.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to travel to various store locations within your area.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working closely with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset work.
• Move and clean shelves, install new racks and fixtures, display merchandise, attach tags and shelf strips, and check date codes for accuracy.
• Check date codes and ensure plan-o-gram integrity throughout the process.
• Perform pack-outs, restocks, and other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Partner with store personnel and teammates to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain strong working relationships.

Description And Requirements

The Retail Service Merchandiser is responsible for working as part of a team to perform reset and remodel work, including plan-o-gram execution, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities. This role plays a key part in delivering retail excellence for Acosta, our clients, and our customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
