Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking Mandarin Chinese evaluators to review audio clips and assess fluency, pronunciation, and natural delivery. You will listen to recordings from people and AI-generated speech, provide brief English feedback, and note meaningful language distinctions.

This is remote, part-time, with flexible hours. You set your own schedule and are paid hourly at $30–$65. English proficiency (B2+) is required for communication, and no AI experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) required.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher required for written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to explain subtle language differences clearly.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Chinese audio and assess fluency and naturalness
• Assess pronunciation and intonation in speech recorded from people or produced by AI
• Give brief English feedback that describes meaningful language differences
• Resolve ambiguous language and support each evaluation with a consistent rationale
