Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Nurse Practitioner for Pediatrics in the New York area. The role focuses on outpatient pediatric care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and delivering culturally competent services to diverse families.

Ideal candidates will be NYS licensed NPs with pediatric experience, strong English and Mandarin communication, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach within a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Current New York State NP certification/licensure.
• Board eligible or board qualified.
• FNP, PNP, DNP, or PMHNP background.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin - required.
• Cantonese language skills preferred.
• Pediatric or adolescent healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic conditions.
• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Prescribe medications and appropriate treatments within scope of practice.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide age-appropriate patient and family education.
• Address both physical and behavioral health needs as appropriate.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
