Cooley LLP is seeking Mandarin-speaking litigation associates for our New York, Washington, DC, and/or California offices. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, with at least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm and exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

Candidates must be admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.

Job description

2. At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm;
3. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and deliver consistently high-quality work product;
4. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school; and
5. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while exercising excellent judgment and attention to detail.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $420,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
