The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. seeks a Mandarin Bilingual Immigration Law Clerk to join our Dallas, Pasadena, or Santa Ana offices. The role supports case preparation in a fast-paced immigration practice, requiring strong organizational skills and client communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have JD-related eligibility, bilingual proficiency, and prior immigration law exposure. This is intended as a long-term opportunity with potential advancement to Associate Attorney over time.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a JD program or JD graduate status is required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and immigration regulations to support strategy.
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and file immigration applications, motions, and supporting documents with EOIR/USCIS.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
• Support attorneys and paralegals in preparing for hearings and client consultations.
