• Comfort dealing with inspections to pass them on time.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with subcontractors on expectations and quality control.
• Provide training to construction department and standard operating procedures.
• Create team schedules and workloads to meet deadlines.
• Arrange project plans and supervise project staff to ensure timely completion.
• Be on-site daily to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and PMs.
