Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in education or related settings.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Able to pass Live Scan Background check and TB screening.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• 18+ with high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills.
• Run activities on time and adapt on the fly when plans shift.
