Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for its Adult Outpatient Rehab Team. Qualifications

• Candidates must hold CLT credentials and have at least one year of recent lymphedema experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with lymphedema experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability.
• Oversee support staff and participate in departmental operations.
