Job summary

CTC Group is looking for Chinese/Mandarin Operational Language Analysts (OLA) to support intelligence operations through translation, analysis, and interpretation of language materials. This position requires expertise across several levels (1-4), with varying educational and experience requirements. Ideal candidates will possess active TS/SCI security clearance and experience in cryptologic language processing, contributing to vital intelligence assessments.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $75,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package including health care, 401k, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Experience typing on an English keyboard.
• ILR skill level validation within two years.
• Two to fifteen years of cryptologic experience depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Process voice and graphic language materials for SIGINT operations.
• Analyze and interpret language materials.
• Transform complex materials into understandable formats.
• Provide cultural and contextual insights.
• Work with intelligence teams for timely information dissemination.

Skills

Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
