Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran‑Owned Small Business, seeks a Chinese Mandarin Associate Language Instructor to support the 1st SFC(A) at Fort Liberty, NC. The role focuses on foreign language instruction across listening, reading, writing, and speaking using modern methods and gov't-approved materials.

Requirements include ILR level 2+ in the language, TOEFL/TOEIC-like scores, and potential security clearance. Travel may be required; compensation is commensurate with experience and contract needs.

Qualifications

• Provide instruction in speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills.
• Integrate technology in classroom and homework using smart boards, SharePoint, iPads and other devices.
• Develop learning materials and lesson plans.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist GOVT in managing foreign LREC training to support 1SFC(A).
• Execute planned POI and tutoring sessions per POI.
• Develop daily lesson plans and track attendance and progress.
• Assess and grade weekly quizzes and provide feedback with Site Lead.
• Maintain positive learning environment and address behavior issues with Site Lead.
