Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency required.
• Experience with young children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with children primarily in Mandarin throughout the day.
• Support language immersion through songs, stories, routines, and play-based activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Observe and support children’s developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain consistent routines and classroom flow.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Follow licensing, health, and safety regulations.
