Job summary

Qualifications

• ILR score of 3/3/3 in reading, listening, and speaking with verification.
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Native or heritage Chinese (Mandarin) speaker with reading/writing proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Chinese culture and society.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data organization in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, assess, translate, and communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Draft requirements documents, correspondence, and SOPs per policies.
• Explain complex technical procedures to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide clear written communication and briefing materials.
• Prepare and present briefings to military, government, and intelligence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on open source research and analyses.
• Identify information operations opportunities and provide predictive recommendations.
• Evaluate classified and sensitive information to understand audience behavior.
