Oakland Clinical is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Clinical Scientist / Neuropsychological Rater to screen potential participants for Phase II/III trials in neurology and psychiatry. You will prescreen, screen, and enroll Mandarin-speaking participants, building objective eligibility cases.

Responsibilities include administering scales (CDR, ADAS-Cog, MMSE, MoCA, MADRS) in two languages, collaborating with investigators, and supporting enrollment and community outreach in the Bay Area.

Formación

• Native or full professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience conducting cognitive assessments.
• Experience with older adults, MCI, or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Ability to build evidence-based eligibility arguments for protocol.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Cultural competence in diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct focused prescreening interviews and screenings in Mandarin and English.
• Identify protocol exclusions and viable candidates for enrollment.
• Educate participants and families about trial requirements in their preferred language.
• Synthesize data to support eligibility determinations.
• Present findings clearly to investigators and sponsor teams.
• Support site enrollment and community outreach.
