There is no fixed schedule; you choose how much you work after joining the talent pool. After a short language skills assessment, you’ll be eligible for paid projects with competitive hourly pay and the option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent Mandarin speaker.
• Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
• Natural conversationalist for live video calls with new people.

Responsibilities

• Video Conversations: participate in live Mandarin conversations with other participants via video call.
• Natural Dialogue: discuss everyday topics with no scripts or performance.
