North Country Veterinary Services – Oswego is seeking an experienced veterinarian to lead multiple hospitals in the Oswego/Pulaski region as Managing Veterinarian and Medical Director. This role blends clinical excellence with mentorship, strategy, and team development.

You’ll partner with hospital leadership to elevate care standards, mentor veterinarians and staff, drive growth, and strengthen culture across sites. Support from NVA resources enables success while you practice medicine your way.

In this role, you’ll partner with hospital leadership teams to:
