Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years tax experience
• CPA, CPA candidate, or IRS Enrolled Agent
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns
• Experience communicating tax results and recommendations directly to clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns
• Provide high-quality client service and tax planning guidance
• Communicate tax results and recommendations to clients clearly
• Assist with tax research and planning for complex scenarios
• Support senior staff and contribute to firm growth

Our schedule is designed to provide predictability and flexibility throughout the year:

Tax season: Set work hours from January through April 15
Off-season hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Fridays off during June, July, August, November, and December
