Capgemini is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to ensure the quality and delivery of client services, manage and report on performance, and verify that contractual commitments are met.

You will proactively manage day-to-day relationships with client representatives, plan the overall client relationship strategy, drive continuous improvements, cost reductions, and opportunities for new business, with a focus on a strong, compliant service experience.

SDM oversee the execution of day to day operations to ensure contractual commitments are met. SDM work closely with others to plan the overall client relationship strategy, concentrating on cost reduction, service improvement and new business.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,730- $198,505Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
