North America’s enterprises face a distinctive set of pressures: modernizing deeply entrenched legacy environments without disrupting operations; balancing global digital acceleration with local compliance, risk management, and governance; turning data, AI, and cloud investments into measurable value—not pilots; managing ecosystem complexity across vendors, integrators, and internal stakeholders; optimizing cost while maintaining quality, security, and brand trust. Gartner Consulting helps leaders navigate this complexity with evidence‑based decisions, benchmarks, and pragmatic execution.
