Position Overview

The Managing Partner in Training is an individual who rapidly aligns with Crunch Culture and demonstrates a high‑performance mindset. They operate with urgency, create a warm and hospitable environment, and lead the team toward achieving goals while maintaining a non‑judgmental space.

What You’ll Do

Drive club profitability by energizing the team around clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Focus on member satisfaction and retention, ensure timely resolution of concerns, maintain a clean, fully operational facility, and lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking. Manage staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage while upholding high standards of compliance, inventory, and overall club experience.

• High‑performance talent recruited, hired, and onboarded with teams energized through coaching, staff meetings, sales development, operational policy execution, and clear accountability.
• Consistently deliver a profitable, KPI‑driven business through operational mastery and P&L ownership.
• Exceptional member experience with rapid issue resolution, high retention/satisfaction, and a clean/crisp facility where everything works.
• Full ownership readiness—independently running all four walls of the business, owning people, results, culture, and compliance.

About You

You bring people together around clear objectives and maintain steady focus on execution. You engage the team in solving problems, keep momentum, and make timely decisions while maintaining high performance expectations for both yourself and the team. You have solid knowledge of processes and communicate clearly to help the team move forward.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talented staff.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a member‑focused approach.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility that operates 24/7.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with staff meetings, setting, monitoring, and managing performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service‑oriented management experience (preferred).
• Experience supervising at least 15 team members (preferred).
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of team members (required).
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• Assertive action to accomplish objectives and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in the Managing Partner opportunity.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting or moving up to 50 pounds; standing or bending for prolonged periods.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
