Crunch Fitness in Edmond, OK is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly integrate into our high-performance culture. You will drive club profitability by energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and by delivering outstanding member service in a clean, welcoming facility.

You’ll hire, onboard, coach, and track KPIs, manage staff schedules and payroll, and uphold standards across compliance, inventory, and club operations.

You’ll focus on member satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely resolution of concerns, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a clean, fully operational facility. You’ll lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while also managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage.
