Job summary

Bles Wellness and Apparel is seeking a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area on a contract basis. You’ll work from your own space with a minimum of 20 hours per week, serving clients booked through Bles Wellness and attached marketing channels.

You keep your own clients and earn from bookings, with commissions on skincare and apparel sales. Responsibilities include providing massage therapy, managing your client schedule, and leveraging the Bles Wellness

About the Role

Bles Wellness and Apparel is hiring a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

What This Involves

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

Compensation

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2–20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly
