Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Managing Partner who will own and operate a club, build high-performing teams, and drive profitability. You will recruit, train, coach, and align staff with brand standards while delivering exceptional member experiences and overseeing all daily operations.

You will lead from the front, manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance, with a focus on growth, retention, and community impact in a fast-moving franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-management experience.
• Proven P&L ownership with budgeting and revenue growth.
• Experience supervising a team of 15+ employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).
• Ability to take decisive action, innovate and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of key business metrics and drivers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members.
• Direct management of team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to managers.
• Oversee and maintain training standards and coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Growing the business to profitability and energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensuring member resolutions are done timely as member retention is key.
• Monitoring scoreboard performance of the staff to meet KPI standards.
• Maintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating 100% of the time.
• Manager employee payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all times.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
