Torchy’s is seeking a Managing Partner (Restaurant GM) in Conroe, TX to lead restaurant operations and drive growth in a growing company. The role focuses on selecting, training, and developing teams, while investing in their future and wealth creation for family and community.

You will build strong teams through recruiting Managers and Team Members, manage weekly/monthly inventories and budgets, and oversee P&L, training standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or above.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certification required.
• Hands-on experience in FOH and BOH operations.
• Experience with scratch kitchen is a big advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Build and lead strong restaurant teams through sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and staff.
• Operate a restaurant profitably and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Direct the management team and assign responsibilities to managers.

We are looking for a Managing Partner (Restaurant GM) that has the desire to make a difference in people’s lives and wants to be a business partner with a great growth company. What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Team Members
• Responsible for the successful and profitable operations of a restaurant
• Directing Management Team, including setting weekly Management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to the Managers of the restaurant
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L
• Verifying training standards are being maintained
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Consistently developing Team Members and Managers including training in employment policies and practices
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling proceduresActing as primary liaison with all store vendors and HQ contacts
• Attending weekly and quarterly regional meetings

QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

Requirements of a Managing Partner:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification s
• Full Casual Dining experience, a plus
• Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Must be willing to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish, a plus.
