Job summary

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color of Las Vegas is looking for an experienced Hair Stylist with a Management Background to lead our team in a high-energy Las Vegas salon.

You will deliver full-service hair care, manage client flow, stay current with trends, and help mentor fellow stylists while supporting front desk operations and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Cosmetology license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a full-service stylist with mastery of cutting, styling, color and perms.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, and social media posting.
• Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
• Weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color and perms.
• Manage client flow, ensuring appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
• Stay inspired and up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.
• Maintain pristine personal station and assist with salon cleanliness.
• Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payments, opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a positive, collaborative salon culture.
• Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, and schedule preparation.
• Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction.
• Train, mentor and motivate fellow stylists.
