Job summary

Neil Kelly Company seeks a dynamic Managing Director to lead the Eugene/Springfield remodeling market, guiding design, project management, field production, and sales teams. You’ll be the face of the brand, driving growth, building partnerships, and shaping a high-performance culture.

You will report to the CEO, collaborate with the VP of Sales and VP of Operations, travel regionally, recruit and develop talent, and ensure exceptional client experiences from first contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams and cross-functional groups.
• Strong track record in business development, sales leadership, and market growth.
• Experience in remodeling, construction, or home services preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and performance of Eugene/Springfield operation.
• Lead a team of ~25 employees across design, PM, and field staff.
• Drive sales, grow market share, and manage client relationships.
• Champion brand through community involvement and events.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent with HR.
• Ensure consistent execution of policies and service quality.
• Represent Neil Kelly in Lane County and surrounding communities.
