Vertex is seeking a Managing Director to partner with the Senior Managing Director in guiding the Commercial Damages & Investigations practice. You will lead, grow a team of consultants, and shape client solutions while upholding the firm’s values of learning, urgency, value, and collaboration.

You will drive revenue, nurture key accounts, and set strategic direction for engagements, with travel as needed to support clients, talent, and leadership objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience, or a Master's with 12 years, including 7+ years in leadership.
• Advanced certifications (CPA/CFE) are preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of business development and staff management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue generation and overall utilization of resources for profitable engagements.
• Develop strategic sales and marketing programs to acquire new clients and expand existing engagements.
• Mentor and develop direct reports to build a strong practice team.
• Oversee projects, client coordination, and staff development; travel as needed.
