• Oversee delivery of outsourced CFO, financial strategy, and accounting advisory services across complex engagements.
• Provide guidance on financial planning, operational infrastructure, capital strategy, and business growth initiatives.
• Lead major financial initiatives including fund launches, restructurings, strategic transactions, and scaling initiatives.
• Mentor Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers across the practice.
• Drive business development through industry relationships and client referrals.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of the firm’s Outsourced CFO & Advisory platform.

Job description

Seeking a Managing Director, Outsourced CFO & Advisory Services, to serve as a senior leader responsible for shaping client strategy and driving the continued growth of the firm’s advisory platform. Managing Directors oversee the firm’s most strategic client relationships while providing executive-level financial guidance to business owners, founders, and investment professionals. This role focuses on helping organizations build the financial infrastructure and operational capabilities necessary to scale effectively. In addition to client leadership, Managing Directors play a key role in developing senior talent, expanding client relationships, and advancing the firm’s integrated services platform.
