Guidepost Solutions is looking for a full-time Managing Director to lead significant cross-border investigations and regulatory compliance matters. The successful candidate will possess exceptional writing and interpersonal skills while managing client relationships and project profitability.
Ideal candidates will bring experience from Big Law, a prominent law firm, or as a former Federal Agent, along with a J.D. This role also requires the ability to manage urgent, high-visibility matters effectively.
We are seeking a full‑time Managing Director with experience in leading significant, complex, and cross‑border investigations and regulatory compliance matters. This position will be part of our Crisis Strategy and Emerging Issues + Technology practice groups. The successful candidate will have exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
Travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, investigations, and business development activities.
While performing the duties of this job, much of the work may be done sitting at a desk, using a computer, typing, handling phone calls, filing, and using office equipment such as printers and copiers. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

The base annual salary range offered for this position is based on numerous factors, including job‑related skills and knowledge, experience, specific location, relevant education and/or training. In addition to the annual salary, we offer a full benefits package.
