WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work. This role blends practice leadership with strategic growth and coachable mentorship.

You will recruit, mentor, and elevate advisor performance, foster a high‑performance culture, and shape the firm’s future growth while leveraging our long history, comprehensive support, and brand strength to expand the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Managing Director, Advisor Growth | WealthBridge

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director, Advisor Growth. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you'll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

Requirements
