WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to lead and grow a team of financial advisors while continuing personal client work.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and shape the future growth of the firm through strategic planning.

This role leverages the firm's 175-year history, offering support, brand strength, a leadership platform, and opportunities for career and practice expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you'll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You'll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history-while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.
