WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor to step into a strategic Managing Director role. You will build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client practice.

You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture, shaping the firm’s growth strategy and long-term vision while leveraging the firm's extensive history and brand strength.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicManaging Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice


• Active Life and Health License required


• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred(sponsorship and support available if not currently held)


• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management


• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
