Integrated Tax Services is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow our specialized tax and accounting practice serving estates, trusts, individuals, families, and professional advisors.

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced CPA, Enrolled Agent, or tax professional who enjoys building teams, strengthening client relationships, improving operations, and helping drive business growth.

Working closely with the firm's owner and leadership team, the Managing Director will play a key role in shaping strategy, leading day-to-day operations, and supporting the continued success of the firm.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of tax and client service professionals
• Drive operational excellence and client service quality
• Strengthen existing client relationships and professional referral partnerships
• Support business development and growth initiatives
• Collaborate on strategic planning and firm leadership decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability
• Ensure delivery of high-quality tax preparation, planning, and advisory services
• Prepare and review Estate & Trust returns and complex individual income returns
