Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Managing Director - Private Wealth Client Services in the Tulsa/Dallas/Houston/OKC footprint. You will lead a Private Wealth Client Services team serving high net worth clients in partnership with Private Banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in financial services, emphasis on investment risk and high net worth wealth platform solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of complex trust products and investment acumen.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, and client-service orientation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high net worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Client Services Associates.
• Provide leadership in determining appropriate business strategies and creating efficiencies to deliver best-in-class service.
• Lead training for employees, hiring, coaching, performance reviews and corrective action up to termination.
• Oversee workflow and service levels for the Private Wealth footprint and perform other duties as needed.

Job Description

The Managing Director - Private Wealth Client Services is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing a Private Wealth team of Client Service Associates who provide support services to our Private Banking team and their high net worth clients.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will manage and supervise a team that consists of Client Serices Associates, supporting our Private Wealth banking teams.
• You will provide leadership and authority in determining, appropriate business strategies and create efficiencies in order to provide best in class service to our clients.
• You will provideleadership in developing and implementing training for employees. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance reviews and corrective action up to and including terminating staff.
• You will lead the teams throughout the footprint by overseeing workflow and service levels for BOK Financial Private Wealth and performother such duties as may be necessary from time to time that are consistent with the duties of a managing director.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of financial services industry experience with emphasis on investment risk and high net worth wealth platform solutions, including fiduciary management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of complex trust products and strategies as well as investment acumen.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service attitude and sales skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under extreme pressures with strict time frames, and with high net worth entities
• Deep understanding of bank risk and bank compliance considerations
• Ability to be a champion of efficiency through streamlining processes
• Ability to effectively collaborate across many functional teams and lines of business
