This PLAYER/COACH role focuses on developing high-performing teams, mentoring advisors, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service.

You will leverage our brand and resources to achieve long-term growth and uphold WealthBridge’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business mindset with long-term strategic vision.
