WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This leadership position focuses on growing a personal practice while building and guiding a team of experienced financial advisors.

As Managing Director, you will recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing advisors, maintain your client work, and help shape long-term growth for the firm, leveraging the firm's 175-year history and strong brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices.
