Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC is seeking a DDS/DMD dentist in Texarkana, TX to join a nationwide network focused on tooth replacement, implant services, and dentures. Our practice features an on‑site denture lab, 3D cone beam imaging, and a robust training program.

You’ll educate patients, diagnose and plan implant‑focused care, lead clinical and non‑clinical staff, and provide removable and fixed options. Enjoy a competitive base salary with uncapped monthly bonus, sign‑on, pathway to ownership,

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Implant experience preferred but not required.
• Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred.
• Compassionate provider with excellent chairside manners.
• Passion for dentistry in clinical and non-clinical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health.
• Consult, diagnose, plan and care for implant-focused patients.
• Assist with removable prosthetics and extractions.
• Collaborate with on-site lab to design dentures and partials.
• Lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Provide tooth replacement options including removable, fixed, and implants.
• Keep up with CPD and evolving dental techniques.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health.

• Consult, diagnose, plan and care for patients in our removable prosthetic and implant focused practice

• Assisting with the provision of removable prosthetics and extraction services, as well as the necessary steps involved with each service

• Working closely with our on-site lab to design dentures and partials for patients

• Lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to achieve their professional goals and contribute to the ultimate success of the practice

• Providing a variety of tooth replacement options to patients, including removable, fixed, and implant services

• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
