Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Managing Counsel, Data Center Infrastructure in the United States to lead data center acquisitions and related development transactions. You will structure and negotiate complex deals and manage long-term infrastructure relationships in partnership with the Global Data Centers team.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end legal strategy, negotiating leases and connectivity agreements, and advising on regulatory, risk and post-acquisition matters with a hands-on,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in data center or infrastructure transactions.
• Experience negotiating complex leases or colocation agreements.
• Familiarity with single-tenant facilities and power arrangements.
• Leading transactions across business and technical teams with urgency.
• Experience negotiating terms on compute infrastructure, power and utilities.
• Diligence, regulatory issues and dispute resolution experience.
• Hands-on, practical judgment as priorities evolve.
• J.D. and active bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal strategy for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions.
• Negotiate leases, colocation, development and connectivity agreements.
• Manage long-term relationships with data center operators, lessors, financing sources and customers.
• Advise on post-acquisition matters including construction, equipment, supply chain and disputes.
• Advise on corporate structure, governance and risk for infrastructure transactions.
