As Managing Clinical Director, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.

What You'll Do

• Provide Direct Client Care: maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
• Lead & Inspire: mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
• Drive Clinic Success: develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Leadership: act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
• Engage the Community: foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We're Looking For
